Powering this gem is a fine, early Rolex "Rebberg" timekeeping mechanism housed in its original 9K gold case made by Dennison for Rolex that bears hallmarks for Birmingham.
As one of the world's first wristwatches, the wonderful transitional watches showcase their pocket watch heritage with their wide bezel, spade hands, and onion style winding crowns.
